1. How long will it take for my order to be processed and delivered?

Once you have submitted the order and the status of your payment is completed, it will normally take 1-2 working days for us to process the order and please allow 5-7 business days for delivery via EMS Express Mail, but sorry we do not offer overnight shipping at this time.

If the amount is more than $200, we offer a free shipment.

4. What should I do if I never received the shipment?

After we provided the Tracking Number, the customer should track the items online frequently to avoid the troubles unaware in the delivery process. Yes, we will send your custom jewelry and ornaments worldwide by EMS, and it usually takes 1-2 days to deliver after you have approved your custom jewelry and ornaments.

There are currently three ways to pay. Most customers are used to accept online payment with credit card. If customers don’t have credit cards available, or need to buy large sums of goods, we strongly recommend PayPal and Western Union Money Transfer.

As a general rule, articles in saleable condition are accepted to be returned in 7 days or exchanged in 15 days after you receive them, accompanied by a sales receipt. 14. How to get my refund from SterlingTiffany.com?

When we both reach the consensus of refund, please provide us your PayPal account, so that we can send the money back to you as soon as possible.

15. How come I haven’t received my refund yet?

We process all refunds within 24 hours. If you paid using PayPal, all refunds are immediate and you should see them in your account. If you still have problems, we will provide you with a reference number so you can contact PayPal and ask them how come they have not credited your account yet.

If you paid using credit card, refunds are not instant. All Visa transactions are processed Monday through Friday, at 12:00am EST. Once your refund has been processed by Visa, your issuing bank must accept the refund, and then post the funds to your account. If it has been longer than 5 business days, and the funds are still not showing on your credit     card, please contact us and we will provide you with the transaction ID so that you can contact your issuing bank and inquire about the funds.

4.How can I handle my orchid products that have oxidized finish?

The sterling silver orchid products that have oxidized finish are not coated on the surface. Please avoid using a silver polisher. Please use a dry, clean cloth and avoid scratching.

5.How can I handle wood products?

Products featuring both wood and sterling silver should be cleaned with a standard polishing cloth. If using a silver polisher, please do not apply it in areas that that have wood or stones. The wood elements are natural and do not have any coating. By repeating to leave it in a dry or humid area, there is a chance that the wood will crack. Please use a pure beeswax polishing compound to maintain the wood.
